Hayden Panettiere was recently snapped by paparazzi as she was joking around with a Heroes cast member on site. She jumped on the back of a co-star (not sure whom) and flashed her hot pink undies! Is that a whale tale?

In court yesterday, Alan Panettiere pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge for allegedly hitting wife Lesley following a party in August.

Alan received two years of probation and has to pay $520 in fines. He will also have to enroll in a year-long domestic violence treatment program and attend counseling sessions.

The judge also issued a protective order requiring that Panettiere not “use force or violence…annoy, harass or molest any person or witness involved in this case, especially Lesley Panettiere or injure her property.”

Hayden Panettiere made an appearance at the Huffington Post Pre-Inaugural Ball which celebrated Barack Obama’s historic innauguration. Hayden looked absolutely gorgeous in an evening gown.

Other guests included the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Sarah Silverman.

Hayden Panettiere was kicked out of 21 and over club in Suffern, New York on December 23, and had to call the police because her drivers license had been taken away by security. Hayden is only 19 years old!

Panettiere and a few girlfriends went to the NV Lounge and entered through the employee entrance. They were only in the bar for about 10 minutes when they were approached by a security guard who carded her.

At that time they were asked to leave the club. Panettiere was then asked to give up her ID, club policy.
Panettiere then called the cops for her license back immediately.
